Draft for review. This wording comes from the current REALM draft and still needs a lawyer’s review before launch. The draft named Wix and reCAPTCHA. The site no longer uses Wix (9 Oct 2026): it runs on Cloudflare Pages with Cloudflare Turnstile, sign-in and customer records are REALM Accounts, and contact messages and newsletter sign-ups go to the REALM CRM, so the provider list needs a final legal review. It should also cover the Chat Assistant: questions it cannot answer are kept (with names, emails and phone numbers removed) so staff can add answers, and "Chat with a person" conversations (name and email optional) are deleted 30 days after the last message.

- Name, email and profile photo from your one REALM account (REALM Accounts, accounts.realmgroupglobal.org), including details from Google or Facebook if you sign in with them. REALM accounts have no passwords: you sign in with Google, Facebook or a 6-digit code sent to your email.
- Marketplace details
- Listing information, photos, country and location; for sellers, phone, email and licence or registration details; records of listing fees and contact unlock payments.
- Community content
- Comments, reactions, group posts and photos.
- Contact and newsletter
- Messages you send us and your subscription.
- Technical data
- IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies.
2. How we use it
To run your account and the marketplace, process fees, verify licences, share seller contact details with buyers who unlock them or request them through support, send newsletters and notifications, moderate the community, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the site.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored by our service providers and may be held outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards, including reCAPTCHA, email verification and restricted admin access.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile, unsubscribe using the link in any email, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
6. Children
REALM is not intended for anyone under 18.
